Apparently 'get' is also an alternative word for mother in some sense according to the Princeton Wordnet project, therefore it is included in the list. The numbers associated with the terms are basically the rank of the specific word, among the other words, in terms of usage popularity as it has been calculated using a large corpus of text -- so 'get' is very high on the 77th position of the most popular words in english, while 'parent' is at position #1,771. 'mammy' is very uncommon at place #80267... Hope that helps.
