Geocaching is an outdoor recreational activity, in which participants use a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver or mobile device and other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers, called "geocaches" or "caches", at specific locations marked by coordinates all over the world.

The most popular logo design was created by Leatherman, often called the "GX", which is a simple design that can be written in the field and is easily recognized. Following very closely is the detailed logo designed by Gustaf, which could be used to make some nice coins or other fancy trademark items.
