54:36 · This is a rune from Britain and the Middle Ages. The Scandinavian runes always were chiselled with straight lines. Shepherd (see the bibliography in Part III) writes it was called fehe, which meant love.
    Compare with the first rune in the Nordic rune alphabets, named fe, 16:5, in Group 16, a symbol for moveable property.
