A seldom used sign for the planet Uranus (see  in Group 41:a). Uranus is also drawn  , which has an entry of its own below in this group.
This sign has also been used as a time sign to signify morning, showing the disc of the sun rising. With the arrow pointing downward it represented evening.
In the US system of hobo signs, and in some boy-scout sign systems it means go this way, represented by the direction of the arrow.
