A stylized triskelion, Greek for three-leg. See  in Group 32.
This sign is associated with progress and competition, and originated in ancient Greece, where it for instance was used on coins. Nowadays one can find  on the coat of arms of the Isle of Man, the island between Great Britain and Ireland. The Isle of Man is inhabited by Celts, and is related to  , an early Celtic sign.
