The  is a structure used by a right wing South African organization. We see that the sign has a counter clockwise rotation of the lines from the middle. That graphic trait is in accordance with the organization's aim to put the clock back, so to speak. See  in Group 36.
The same structure, but with the angles obtuse, is used in some electrical contexts to signify a certain type of transformer winding.
