This is a Bronze Age variation of sauvastika. Consult the Word Index, "Viascón, rock carved signs", for the other ideograms carved on this rock face.
The interesting thing here is that while the swastika and similar signs generally are considered as representing the sun, the presence of dots (usually representing water in Western ideography) seems to contradict this interpretation.
