1. Payment
Methods
SYMBOLS.com uses the Kagi payment processing services. You may register SYMBOLS
'98 Encyclopedia either by using a secure web page, or using the Register application that
comes bundled with SYMBOLS '98 Encyclopedia. We accept the following payment methods:
- US Check
- Money Order
- Cash
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
- Diners Card
- First Virtual
- Invoice (to be given to your accounts payable department)
2. LicensesA Singe user license allows one user to use the program on one computer
Site licenses cover a single organization for an area of up to one hundred miles (160
km) in radius.
In addition to the above license types, we
also offer educational pricing for our products. Please contact tobias@hme.se for more information.
3. Credit Card Security
You
can be sure that HME Media and Kagi take all necessary security measures to protect your
credit card information, and does not release it to any outside organization. We use SSL
server software to encrypt the information you send us through our Ordering form, so that
it can not be eavesdropped.
4. How to register on-line
- Go to the SYMBOLS '98 Encyclopedia download page
- Click the Register button next to the SYMBOLS '98 Encyclopedia logo.
- Select the version of SYMBOLS '98 Encyclopedia you intend to register with appropriate
licenses. Type your name, address, and your Internet e-mail address. You will be notified
by e-mail when your payment is processed.
- Provide all necessary data, e.g. your name exactly as it is printed on your credit card,
the credit card number and expiration date, etc.
- When the payment has been approved by Kagi, you will be sent your personal registration
key by e-mail.
5. Returns
You
may return SYMBOLS '98 Encyclopedia Pro on CD-ROM (site license only) within 30
days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, under condition that the seal has
not been broken. We do not refund shipping charges. HME Media is not responsible for lost
