A variation of the arrow
cross used by the
Hungarian fascists during the 1930s and 1940s. In other forms the
arrow cross is said to have been used as a rallying sign for
the Magyarian tribes about
the time that they arrived in the region now called Hungary, around the year 1000 A.D. The
root meaning of the arrow cross is expansion in all
directions, thus it is a symbol denoting expansion.
In this it is synonymous with all the Christian crosses used to
represent world evangelization, the effort to spread the doctrines of
