very holy or divine number in most cultures and religions. This entry
sign has been found on a robe of an Indian priest-king depicted in the
form of a statuette dated back to around 3000 B.C.
In Christian contexts it is used as a symbol for the Holy Trinity. As such it is often placed within a circle. It is used in church architecture as a sign in masonry or windows.
