18:9 · This is a rune from a later Nordic runic alphabet with a name that most probably meant boil or abscess. Compare with the rune 0418 from the earliest runic alphabet, which seems to have had the same name and meaning.
    This rune was also used on the medieval clog calendar as the sign for Saturday.
