This is a rune from a later
Nordic runic alphabet with a name that most probably meant boil or
abscess. Compare with the rune
from the earliest runic alphabet, which seems to have had
the same name and meaning.
This rune was also used on the medieval clog calendar as the sign
for Saturday.
